Is this really a case of exclusivity? I suppose it depends what you think about the book and Westminster's Stmt. of Faith.
I'm not speaking directly to this situation here (because I only know bits and pieces), but I don't have a problem with faculty or church leadership making sure it's staff aligns under the same theology or doctrine. Of course, this can be dangerous in some cases. I think, generally, it's a good idea to make sure everyone's on the same page.
